Changing the face of trauma with Ann Hince

Have you heard the phrase “the body keeps the score”? Ann Hince is a walking example of how a body changes from trauma. Ann’s body absorbed a variety of traumatic events beginning at her birth and continuing until an altercation in a parenting group when raising her two sons caused her to actively seek ways to release her pain and move forward in life. Her diligence to confront her fears and intensity in applying the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) brought substantial emotional and physical changes and brought an inner peace.

Now, she spends time sharing the powerful freeing technique with others, through speaking engagements and her book: A Pathway to Insight. Ann speaks about our subconscious stories and emotions we hold in our head, how it manifests itself physically, and how to release traumas and bring awareness to provide inner peace.
